DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! They pretended over the phone to be COX communication and took my payment. They somehow knew my info and balance on my acc. I paid my bill and my COX acc went to 0. Now my COX acc balance reappeared and their statement shows up as comp services!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! DO NOT TRUST!!!

This company is a scam, they have stolen over 300$ by diverting payments from my account. Do not trust or use this company. This company processed payments under the representation of Mediacom out of Illinois, and stole directly from my account.

My name is Alexander Don and I got a call from a guy named Sean who tried to sell me some “business landing page AI” proposal for $200. From the first minute, it was obvious he had very little knowledge about my business. Even my dog knows more about what I do. The whole pitch sounded scripted and low-level. When I started questioning him, he suddenly transferred the call to his so-called “senior sales manager,” Theo. Instead of improving things, Theo tried even harder to push me. He was aggressively trying to get money out of my Amex and kept forcing the pitch like I wouldn’t notice what was happening. He even said nonsense about my friends just to try to make the deal sound more credible. I was clever enough not to fall for it. After that, they kept calling me from different numbers for days trying to follow up again and again. It became straight-up harassment. The whole performance was shameless and extremely unprofessional. It felt like a desperate attempt to squeeze a couple of hundred dollars out of me without offering anything of real value. I asked my all friends to review these guys baddd.... Bye Bye scammers Avoid.

Do NOT, I Repeat DO NOT trust this company. They pretended to be my internet company when they called me (4-3-26), they knew my account number and everything, and scammed me out of over $100. and knew how much my amount was I needed to pay. Once the payment was taken from my account (4-4-26) instead of my internet provider name being listed for the transacrion , it said "tech processing" and "st petersburgh florida" i called the number they called me from 2 days later (4-5-26) when I noticed the transaction on my banking app because my husband asked me if i payed the internet bill bc they tried pulling from his account and i said yes i did only to find it never reflected on line that it was paid , the number became " disconnected" so I immediately called my bank to file a dispute and my bank locked my account and is issuing me a new card and my bank opened an investigation and then I called my internet provider today (4-6-26) first thing this morning to let them know what happened and that I cant pay my bill now and I had to make a payment arrangement and they are now investigating this company as well, I gave my bank and my internet provider all the info from their "number" and full address and dollar amount. So DO NOT trust this company . First time ever being scammed. Total bullshit people and companies have to be like this when this world is having hard enough time as it is getting by.
