Despite being only in my first 5 months utilizing More in the Door consulting services, the learning, support, follow up, etc has been invaluable. I have an MBA but the training I have already received, which was not part of my degree program, I feel should easily replace some of the courses that are in the degree program. I owe much of the success of my Veterinary hospital to More in the Door. When my growth started to plateau several years ago, I took a chance with them to look for help increasing growth. It was the best thing I have done since opening my business in 2006. They first helped me streamline and correct my management and employee issues. My staff is more unified and productive than ever. Next we focused on website SEO and google to help move our search rankings higher. Their specialist, Tom, is a wizard at this and we quickly marched up the rankings with many word searches. Finally, and for the last few years they have focused on marketing and getting more new and existing clients in the door. They opened the world of Facebook marketing to us and it has worked wonders. We have been so busy that we have had to back off our marketing efforts it has been so successful. Finally, the bottom line was more clients, more patients and more production. Our gross and net income has increased over 5-10% every year since I have been a client of theirs.
